• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin work

6.4 Late Payments

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services, delayed delivery, or cancellation of your project. Outstanding balances may be subject to late fees.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

7.1 Cancellations

• Before Work Begins: Full refund minus processing fees if cancelled before work commences
• After Work Begins: Partial refund based on work completed, minus initial deposit
• After Delivery: No refunds after final work has been delivered and accepted

7.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Services were not delivered as agreed
• Significant failure to meet specified requirements
• Technical issues on our part preventing service delivery

7.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:
